Welcome to Mrs. Gentry’s Third Grade Class!

It’s going to be a great year! I am delighted to have your child in my class this year and even more excited about the opportunity to work side by side with you. Parental involvement is a crucial part to the child’s educational success. Your support and collaboration is essential and definitely encouraged. There are many opportunities for you to help out. Sign up on the class volunteer sheet! We would love to have you! Your child’s education is very important to the both of us and doing what is the best interest of your child is ideal. Therefore, it is vital that we maintain good communication throughout the year. To achieve this goal, I will send home daily behavior logs, weekly test assessments and homework logs, and newsletters informing you of current events and activities. You can keep up with the class on my school web page, signing up to our class Instagram, and Class Dojo. Again, thank you for the opportunity to teach your child and I am looking forward to collaborating with you this year!
