Students will need 1 composition book.

Basic art supplies will be provided by the teacher or students may bring his/her art box from general education class.

 

WISHLIST:

Students will have opportunities to build and create as part of class assignments or MakerSpace center.  The following items would be greatly appreciated:

Duct tape of various colors and design/Washi tape

colored copy paper or card stock

crafting supplies (cotton balls, wooden craft sticks, string, pipe cleaners, etc)

Education: Kirby High School, Memphis, TN 1995

Bachelor of Arts - Liberal Studies concentration in English - Crichton College 1999

Master of Art in Teaching - Christian Brothers University 2003

 

Experience: Desoto County Schools 2001- Present

Language Arts teacher - 2001-2009

Library/Media Specialist 2009-2019

Gifted Teacher 2019

 

Bio:

When I'm not at school, I spend time with my husband, son, and daughter.  In addition to spending time with my family, I enjoy cooking, reading, running, spending time outdoors, and being involved at Compel Church!
